Kommo - add tag issue

in Kommo, I use update contact to add tag.

however whenever a new tag is added, old tags will be removed.

is this a bug or is there any work around can fix this ?

This is most likely the natural behaviour of the update contact module. You will need to read the existing tagss on a contact first and then convert them into collection and then use the map toggls in the Embedded/Tags fieldin update contact to merge your existing tags with the new tags you wish to add.
