Lead-enquiry triage for small agencies - 7-day review-first pilot

When new enquiries arrive through email or forms, a small agency can lose opportunities before anyone deliberately says no. Messages sit in a shared inbox, urgent requests look like ordinary ones, and the next step depends on somebody remembering to assign it.

I am offering a fixed-scope lead-follow-up automation pilot for owner-led agencies and service businesses.

The pilot turns each approved enquiry into a review queue containing:

  • the source message and contact details;
  • intent and priority;
  • the evidence behind the recommendation;
  • missing-field or exception flags;
  • a draft response; and
  • an owner and proposed next step.

Nothing is sent automatically. A named person reviews every proposed action before a customer reply or CRM change.

Working demonstrator evidence:

  • six synthetic enquiries processed;
  • two pricing requests flagged high priority;
  • one spam message routed low priority;
  • one missing-contact case retained for review;
  • all six records routed to a person; and
  • zero messages sent automatically.

Three automated tests currently pass: end-to-end output, missing-field handling, and high-priority pricing-request handling. This is demonstrator evidence, not a client result or a claim of sales lift.

The founding pilot includes one lead-follow-up workflow, up to two connected tools plus one AI step, ten acceptance tests, one revision, a human review path, a workflow map, a test log, handover notes, and 14 days of defect support.

Founding price: EUR 149 for each of the first three suitable clients. Delivery is seven business days after scope, access, and ten redacted examples are ready.

Good fit: a small agency or service business handling at least 20 similar enquiries per week with a named workflow owner.

Not included: automatic customer sending, regulated or payment decisions, third-party fees, unlimited development, or guaranteed sales, savings, or accuracy.
