I built a real estate lead automation system in Make.com that handles the workflow from a new enquiry through AI qualification and appointment booking.
The system can capture new leads, analyze and prioritize them with AI, create/update CRM records, check Google Calendar availability, create appointments, send confirmation or unavailable-time emails, and update the tracking sheet.
