LinkedIn API for Personal Account

Hello everyone,

A few months ago I integrated my personal LinkedIn account with a scenario on Make.com. The connection itself works properly, but I’m encountering an issue when trying to review my API. After setting up the connection, I attempted to view my API on LinkedIn’s Developer webpage under the “My Apps” section. Surprisingly, I found neither APIs nor apps listed there.

I don’t recall the exact steps I took during the setup, as I mostly followed the on-screen instructions provided from Make. I remember being redirected to a Microsoft developer page, but now I can’t locate that page either.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or can guide me on how to locate my API on LinkedIn or the redirect to the Microsoft developer page?

Any insights or directions would be greatly appreciated.
Daniel.

Welcome to the Make community!

You likely used the default LinkedIn app that is made and owned by Make.

Your own custom LinkedIn app

If you left those fields empty, you were connecting to LinkedIn via the default integration that Make owns.

Indeed, I did use the default LinkedIn app provided by Make. Thanks so much for your help in clarifying this!
