I have this problem as well. The scenario will run successfully but only post half of the post. This doesn’t happen every time but maybe 40% of the time.

I am also having the same problem. Character count is 1620 without emojis and weird special characters. Only special characters are $, %, ().
I never had this problem before a couple weeks ago. What’s changed? Zapier will post the same full content no problem so its an issue with Make.
In my case, the problem was that my text contain “(” and “)” and it’s reserved by LinkedIn for special function. You need to add \before. e.j. ( and )
