The error message I receive is: “500 | An error occurred in AI Agent Service” on my side. Moreover, the issue is now reproducible, failing approximately 2 out of every 3 times on average. I made no changes to the scenario.

For your information, I am using the AI model “global.anthropic.claude-haiku-4-5-20251001-v1:0” distributed by Amazon Bedrock.
