This is mostly a permissions issue with the Microsoft connection. When you connected your Outlook account to Make, the OAuth consent may not have granted full mailbox access including subfolders. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Microsoft connection in Make, and during the consent screen make sure you’re granting all requested permissions. If you’re on a work or school account, your IT admin may have restricted third-party app access to certain mailbox features which would also cause this.
