Make.com Toolbar icons missing

My Toolbar icons are missing for Save, Notes, etc. They just show squares where the icons should be (see attached screenshot). I use Chrome and have reinstalled the browser and rebooted my Mac - still the same problem. A Chrome browser on my Chromebook displays the toolbar just fine. I have also deleted all browser history, reset Chrome and cleared cache

Welcome to the Make community!

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. Make support has access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing potentially sensitive information about your account, scenario variables, and output bundles might not be advisable as it is a public forum.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free Make account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Investing some effort into the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make.

Thanks for that. I had lodged a ticket but thought I’d post here as well, just in case someone else had the same issue.

I’m having the same issue, let me know if/when it gets resolved @iAUnz

Same issue here. Using Chrome browser.

Still working this through with Make support. So far, they can’t replicate the issue but indicate that disabling Chrome Extensions one at a time or completely removing Chrome and all it’s files then installing it with the latest version often fixes these issues. In my case, neither approach makes any difference though! In the mean time I’m just using Safari browser as this works fine with make.com (and it even seems a bit more snappy performance-wise than Chrome).

Lots of interaction with Make support. Resulted in them issuing a fix - which has actually fixed my problem. Chrome is all good now. Kudo’s to Make for follow through and communication :+1:
