My make.com webiste doesn’t load or when it loads it looks like the image provided. I tried refreshing and using another browser but the same result. On my phone it works but on my laptop it does not

Do you have a VPN or something running on your computer? Any type of process that could be sitting between your computer and the Internet.
Are you able to use your phone as a hotspot for your computer? If so, do you get the same result?
You kind of have to go by elimination to figure out what is NOT the problem in order to find the problem.
Is Make the only site that does this?

You are a life saver L, I used mobile hotspot and now it works, I don’t really know why it doesn’t work on the local wifi tho

That’s something to investigate bit by bit. The only reason I can think of is that the IP address your Wifi is using is being blocked by a server between make.com and your wifi. When you’re using your phone, the IP address is different and the data goes through.
