I’ve created a simple blueprint where, for any event, the Slack New Event module sends to a channel a message when it gets the event. My starting condition doesn’t seem to get triggered. Event type is New channel message.
Note that Slack → Watch public messages works, so that is all right. But when I want it to be instant and transition to the events module I don’t see anything incoming.
I also uploaded the blueprint. blueprint.json (14.2 KB)
Wanted to mention that I’ve created this test after another scenario stopped working with the same condition. I’ve also tried reestablishing the connection and the webhook.
You’re not the only person who has pointed out that the Slack integration has recently stopped working suddenly. Perhaps you should advise customer support to look into it further.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
P.S.: Did you know, the concepts of about 70% of questions asked on this forum are already covered in the Make Academy. Investing some effort into it will save you lots of time and frustration using Make later!
Still under investigation with ticket id #1173496 @christargett , @DariuszJot would you raise a ticket referring to the problem for your side and to the initial ticket? Maybe it would help the developers prioritise the issue.
