Is anyone getting the same issue as me - the page doesn’t finish loading, so I can’t open a support case with Make?

Seems to be working fine on my end,
have you tried going to the page in incogito mode, or clearing your cache/history?

Oh, yeah! Thanks.
We tried on two different PCs in two sites and both chrome and edge. But for some reason incognito mode makes it work.
