I run Simplymation, a Make Official Partner agency focused on automating operations for SMBs and e-commerce. My background is in e-commerce, where I built a department from scratch: marketplaces, storefront, fulfillment, and the processes behind them- so I’ve dealt with complex business operations firsthand. That experience shapes how I design automation today.
Something Cool I’ve Built
The project I’m most proud of is a diabetes monitoring system I built for my dog. After the diagnosis, we started treatment with a CGM system- which naturally made me think: can I reverse-engineer the API and connect it to Airtable using Make? That was the triggering point. From there I added a Telegram bot powered by AI to capture manual readings through conversation, Make processes everything into Airtable, calls a chart generation API to produce daily summaries and charts, and shares it all with family and our vet through a Softr portal.
On the business side, I connected Siri Shortcuts on iOS with Make to generate warehouse labels linked to WMS and OMS- employees trigger the process from their phones, no desktop, no manual steps. Bridging digital and physical worlds seamlessly.
