what’s the difference between Message an Assistant and Make a Completion? I mean, they seem to do the exact same thing?
And is there a difference on how many tokens are used?

Make a Competition prompts the generic instance of the agent. Message an Assistant is used to prompt your own custom assistants, pretrained on your data to handle your specific requests. You can start reading more on Assistants here.
