I’m wondering if anyone has had any success in connecting any of the Microsoft 365 Modules to a shared Mailbox or Calendar?
We use a shared mailbox for a lot of our communication, which is fine in the ‘Send Email’ function as I can change the ‘From’ address to that of the shared mailbox, however, I can’t seem to connect directly to the inbox so am unable to ‘Search’ for replies for example.
I would really like to be able to do this, but am struggling to figure out how.
