I am experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Outlook 365
module. Although I have selected the option to load all emails, some emails from the same sender are not appearing. I am not receiving any error messages; it simply seems that the module does not detect these emails. I’m unsure what is happening in the background.
Could anyone please assist me in resolving this problem?
