Module "Data Store / Search records" - filter issue

Hi make.com community

I am new to make.com and so far struggling with pulling filtered data from a data store.

Here is my Data store:

When running the Data Store / Search records, with NO filters, I can see the 4 output bundles as follows:

and I need to actually filter to match RCLY.ownerid = 5af8482c-391e-40cb-98e5-b1a740c25d49, in order to pull my target value NCKA.owner_objectid = 12.

Here is the filter setup I am trying to add:

When the module is ran, the results are “empty” :

Do you have any insights has to what’s happening or if I am not following thoroughly enough.

Any ideas as to what’s not working there.

Please help and let me benefit form your experience and knowledge.

best regards

Welcome to the Make community!

  1. Perhaps a possible issue with filters and the period . character together?

  2. Ensure there is no spaces before and after both the entry or filter value. Try using “Contains (case-insensitive)”.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

Hi @samliew

thanks for looking into it , and the naming of Data structure fields with period . was definitely the issue.

I guess a “must know” to be promoted in the community and make.com support @Support_Express

So congrats and thanks in helping me solving this headache.
