Update a Status column via label

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

Scenario:
I receive an update from the HR platform > Get the employee > Search employee in Monday board > Get the item > Update the item (Update module is set to allow the creation of missing labels).

My issue is with status columns. It seems that the Label is not corresponding to the Index, so the status column is updated incorrectly with the wrong label. I’ve been tracking the data across modules and all seems to line up until the last one (Update Columns).

Screenshots below show that the information was the same in the HR module and in the Monday board. Yet, the column was updated to a different label than the one we’re tracking. This issue has been consistent and I’ve never seen this happen before. I have multiple scenarios with Update Column modules, just like this, and this is the first I go through this issue:

Same problem for us, since we migrated the V1 to V2 monday update column value module, we have the wrong label applied. It looks like the function to search label2index is broke.

Rollback to V1 worked!

I just rolled back and it worked.

Glad it worked, but please take time to fill a ticket. If no one report the issue to Make, it will not get fixed in time when V1 will be sunsetted.:melting_face:
