My Google Sheets Apps is blocked, [429] error

Google Sheets Apps was blocked and every Make scene I tried started showing the [429] error message. Here is what “RateLimitError” looks like:

I have this problem too! same error all over the place, on multiple sheets. Make-Automation needs to be available for automations :sweat_smile: This is killing my flows. Anyone know a fix?

Also been hit with the same error, had a dozen in the last few minutes fail. The Google Sheet limit is 300 per minute, I’ve not hit anywhere near that.

Had this error for attempts for the last hour, and there were only 50.

The same thing happens on our side, it seems that when you “Run Oncce” it works but as soon as you put it back on “On” it jumps…

I think it’s a new bug, or maybe google is implementing a new security process
because I’ve been using this for years

What’s the next step ?

Same here! Looks like Google might’ve added some kind of new security check — when looking into the error, it seems to be asking for a CAPTCHA. Hope there’s a workaround soon!

I thought I was the only one, and yes—I can confirm this is happening in my google connection too, so frustrating, especially when handling tons of clients.

Seems google doesn’t like us circumventing their removal of the make.com app by using scripts.. everything just went into a grinding halt.

I’m experiencing the same issue as well. Even reconfiguring the Google Cloud authentication didn’t help.

I hope the issue gets resolved soon.

Same here too, with just one sheet so far, Is this going to spread to all my other scenarios too? Hope its just a very temporary bug

Google Sheets aren’t working. We are far away from rate limits
