What is your goal?
Requesting reviewer assignment for my approved custom app update (Case 2099406:2082001). It’s been 30 days since submission — past Make’s stated 2-week timeline — with no reviewer assigned and no response to my email follow-ups.
Hi Vendy,
Thank you again for your amazing support with the original myCRMSIM approval earlier this year — the app has been running smoothly in production ever since.
I’m posting here because I need help getting my app update review moving. It’s been 30 days since submission and I’ve had no response despite multiple follow-ups.
The situation:
- 21 July — Submitted update via Make platform (Case 2099406:2082001)
- 21 July — Received Make Cares confirmation: “senior developers will respond within up to 2 weeks”
- 28 July — Followed up on Make Cares email thread (no response)
- 28 July — Sent Vendy a direct email (no response)
- 11 August — Second follow-up email to Vendy (no response, 9 days ago)
- 20 August (today) — Reviewer field still shows “TBS”, no reviewer assigned
That’s 30 days total, and 16 days past the stated 2-week SLA.
What the update contains:
Four new dedicated action modules, following the exact same pattern as the already-approved “Send a message” module:
- Send an SMS
- Send an iMessage
- Send an RCS message
- Send a WhatsApp message
The update is purely additive — no changes to Base, Connection (OAuth), Webhook, “Watch new inbound message” trigger, or the Universal “Make an API call” module.
What I’ve completed on the Review tab:
- API documentation URL provided
- 6 test scenario URLs linked (one per module)
- API error scenario URL provided
- All required fields filled
Reference details:
- App: myCRMSIM [v1.4.0]
- Case ID: 2099406:2082001
- Original reviewer: Levs B
- Original app approval: 29 May 2026
- Update submitted: 21 July 2026 (30 days ago)
- Public API docs: myCRMSIM API Documentation
What I’m asking for:
Could someone please:
- Confirm the submission is still in the queue and hasn’t been lost
- Assign a reviewer, or provide an estimated timeline
- Let me know if any additional information is needed from my side
Our users are waiting for these channel-specific modules to be available. I’m completely happy to provide additional details, credentials, test scenarios, or hop on a call if it helps move things forward.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Kind regards,
Kashif

N/A — this is a review process query, not a scenario error. The Review tab in the Make platform shows “More information needed to continue the review process” but no specific feedback has been received, and the reviewer field shows “TBS” (To Be Assigned).
