I built a scenario in Make connecting my Shopify store to it so I can pull in all the orders. I pulled in a few thousand orders and now when I try to run it again it starts pulling in all the orders from the beginning. I need it to start pulling in the orders from where it left off.
I really need to get this fixed and I am at a loss. AI seems to be less than useful.
You can use what new orders module to retrieve new orders as they are created if you are scheduling the scenario, or you can use the new event module if you want the scenario to be triggered instantly when a new order is created. If you can share your screen and let me know what issues you are facing i will be happy to assist.

Hi Abhilash,
As I mentioned I am wanting Make to pull the orders from where it left off which is in this case is order 11820. It doesn’t do that though, it starts pulling them from the newest order again.
even with using watch new orders module? Maybe in the setting you might have selected the all radio button. If you are using watch new orders module you can check and confirm it by selecting choose where to start after right clicking on it
I am not trying to import new orders. I am trying to pull in all the existing orders. Once all the old orders are in then I can start to pull in the new ones.
which shopify module are you using to do that ?
This is a simple 1 min. fix. Go to the first module (We hope you are using Watch Orders).
Right-click the module and select choose where to start. Select from now on and press OK.
Now, save the scenario and turn ON.
Now, it will trigger only for new orders.
Hi there. Yes that is not what I want. I want to pull in all the orders. All 16,900 existing orders need to be pulled from Shopify into Google sheets.
what you can do is you can add a filter between the module before add a row and the add a row module and provide the condition where order id> 11820 if that is the column you are refrencing in the picture. It will skip the previous ones the next time you run it.

Can you brief about your shopify store?
Sorry the Shopify module just sat there and spun overnight so it didn’t work.
Hi @James_Teague,
What is your very first trigger for shopify?
