The yelp module pulls up information about said business but leaves out the email. Is there a way around this?

No. Yelp does not return email addresses in the API to prevent mass spam messages.
I will not provide any workaround for the same reason.
I suggest looking into the Yelp scraper by Apify.
You can use the Apify module to to start it from Make and then collect the data.
Usually these can collect more data points.
