Hi, I have an integration with Prestashop and when I receive the info about an order in the bundle there are the city and nation, but with an ID, not the actual name. I need to “translate” those IDs into the actual names in order to send them to ActiveCampaign. I can create a file/list with all the IDs and corresponding names but I have no idea if there is a way to use that inside a scenario… like a module or something where I give the ID and it searches the corresponding value and it gives it back… any idea?

I think if you have a definite list of ID and names you can use Datastores to store the ids and then search the corresponding one when needed.

A switch module can simply solve your issue.
