@Alifar
This is awesome, I had a very similar idea a while back (still waiting in my todo list). The only difference is that I imagined it from the context of replacing a standard (boring) contact form; it could be replaced with a “multi-step discovery onboarding form” where AI could already give the user recommendations for improving one’s business before even completing the form.
Thanks @duativ – really appreciate the comment, and you’re spot on.
That onboarding-style idea is exactly where this is headed, the tool acts as a kind of interactive discovery form, but with instant feedback via AI to make the experience more rewarding than just “submit and wait.”
How it works:
You enter a website URL
The tool scrapes the content and structure
AI (GPT-4o + prompt engineering + Make + Puppeteer) identifies weak spots and suggests tailored automation or AI use cases
Optionally, it generates a clean PDF report with insights — great for agencies to use in client pitches or audits
The PDF was actually added because early users loved “taking something with them,” especially useful for marketing, follow-ups or demoing value internally.
That said, I do worry it’s leaning too commercial, and I’m trying to find the right balance between value-first and CTA-overload.
Would love your (or anyone’s) thoughts on:
What would you add or remove?
Is a “scan + instant AI proposal” flow too much… or just right?
The concept is very interesting and clearly introduces a new way to suggest ideas to potential clients.
The front-end and user experience are also quite well designed.
It could be particularly useful for beginners and companies wondering about possible AI use cases.
My suggestion would be to offer a more in-depth analysis of AI opportunities specific to each industry, rather than focusing only on general or transversal use cases. Also, consider including a broader range of use cases.
Overall, the idea is promising. There’s plenty of room to add features, but it’s important to strike the right balance with prompts—making them engaging enough to encourage prospects to explore further and filling the form.
@Victorus thank you and yes, we constantly try to tweak the prompt to find the sweet spot, but it is not only related to AI, but to all services that we offer which also includes software development and data engineering.
I would love to hear your ideas about adding new features
Such a great idea and has an added benefit of demonstrating the kind of work you can do.
If you wanted to productize it or sell it, I’m wondering if a sales person would find it valuable to know what to pitch when they cold call (or have a beautiful pdf for part of that first customer contact.)
