Seeking Expert to Complete Workflow in Make.com (Browse AI + SharePoint + Airtable + Outlook)

Hey everyone I’m looking for someone to build a full Make.com automation system for me, start to finish. I’ve already spent too much time trying to piece this together myself, so I’m handing it off completely.

Here’s what I need:

I have a Browse AI robot (or you can help retrain it if needed) that scrapes a list of federal contract opportunities from HigherGov. Each opportunity includes the solicitation number, title, due date, and a link to the full opportunity page.

I want a Make.com scenario that does the following:

  • Triggers when the Browse AI robot finishes
  • Extracts the relevant fields (solicitation number, title, due date, document page link)
  • Visits the opportunity link and downloads all attached solicitation files (PDFs, Word docs, etc.)
  • Creates a folder in SharePoint
  • Names the folder: Solicitation Number – Solicitation Title
  • Uploads all downloaded solicitation files to that folder
  • Logs the opportunity in Airtable (solicitation info + file links)
  • Sends me a daily summary via Outlook (or Gmail is fine too)
  • Auto-generates a subcontractor RFQ email draft using OpenAI based on the scraped data
  • Attaches all the downloaded solicitation documents to that email draft

All of this should be built inside Make.com using standard modules. I don’t need anything overly complicated just a reliable, clean setup that works every day without me having to touch anything.

You’ll have access to everything you need:
Browse AI, SharePoint, Airtable, Outlook, etc
I don’t want this over-engineered or overpriced. If you’ve built systems like this before, especially ones using Browse AI + SharePoint + Airtable + OpenAI inside Make, I’m ready to get started.

For anyone tackling a similar build, a few pointers I’ve found useful:

  • Use filters and routers early to manage errors or missing data from Browse AI.
  • SharePoint folder creation can sometimes glitch on special characters in folder names—watch out for colons or slashes from the solicitation titles.
  • For the OpenAI-generated RFQ, chaining a prompt with the Airtable data and file references works really well, especially using the “Text aggregator” module.
  • Lastly, setting up a daily digest email using the aggregator + repeater in Make is super clean and keeps inboxes sane.
