What is the problem & what have you tried?
I can intially connect to quickbooks online using the new connection but for certian customers after awhile get an error Failed to verify connection , Status Code Error: 400 other customers work fine

Yes, this happens with QBO pretty often and it’s usually account-specific.
A 400 on normally means the customer’s Quickbooks token or company authorization expired or was revoked, so a reconnect fixes it, if that doesn’t work then I’ll need some screenshots of your setup.

Make just fixed the connection for Quickbooks a couple of hours ago.
Try creating a new Quickbooks connection now.
