I’m currently facing an issue while integrating the latest version of Kissflow with make. It seems there might be compatibility issues, and I’m seeking guidance on how to resolve them.
Where can I find detailed documentation on the compatibility requirements for make and Kissflow?
Could you please share any error messages you’ve encountered? Additionally, if you can provide screenshots or recordings of the errors, it would greatly assist in understanding the issue more comprehensively. This visual context will allow me to guide you more effectively and, if necessary, seek assistance from the Make.com community.
Attach any relevant graphics or recordings to your response, and I’ll do my best to help you navigate through the integration challenges.
My advice would be to delete your connection and add a new one. This will rule out user error.
Then, if the issue persists after recreating your connection (and you still see a “SSL” error), this is definitely a technical issue — please report this to the Make support team using the new support ticket page for a faster resolution.
No this is the first time I’m connecting this. I sought assistance from Kissflow support, and they suggested that a direct connection is available for the older version (3.0) of Kissflow. However, for the newer version, they recommended using the same setup as I’ve configured for other integrations, or exploring Zapier, which supports the latest version of their connection.
My question is: If Zapier allows integration with the new version of Kissflow, is there a specific reason why make might be encountering compatibility issues?
The Kissflow in Make documentation is here.
There is not a lot of things about SSL problems with Make, just that’s a security protocol problem (one system uses something that the other one do not have implying no handshake).
simple solution
need to input only the subdomain, and not the full domain name, in the designated field. There is no need to include ‘www’ or the domain extension (e.g., ‘.com’ or ‘.org’). Simply provide the specific subdomain.
I’m just quickly stepping in to say thanks a lot for updating us on your progress and for sharing what you learned from the support team. This could be incredibly helpful to others looking for similar information in the future.
