Newbie - Update item and connection problem with Notion

Hello to all of this good community.

I’m struggling with a scenario. What I would love :

1. To extract my facebook ads datas into a google sheet and a notion (updated every morning)
2. then I would love to send it the chatgpt to make an profound analysis and help me to take the best decisions. So send this datas to chagpt and prompt it well in order to get the best of it.
3. ChatGpt send me the results of the analysis of my Notion Page “Meta Campains” every morning. It’s my dream scenario.

But before that what i’m struggling with :
Problem 1 - If the data already exists in Google Sheets or Notion - just skip it and add only the news datas
Problem 2 - I can’t connect with notion it says : [400] path failed validation: path.page_id should be a valid uuid…

Could you help me with this ?

Hello Martin,
For problem 1: you can use a “Search row”/“Search objects” module to search for the data in Google Sheets/Notion. Then, add a filter to only proceed if row id/page id doesn’t exist.

For problem 2: That normally happens when the Notion Page ID mapped is not correct. It should be “Page ID” or “Database Item ID”

So for problem 1, before the router i’ll add a “Google Sheet - Search Row” then filter then router that goes to Add a row google sheet and notion ?
Problem 2, ok i’ll check if i’ll find the problem.

I’ve tried to get a bit further to make it work better. But i’m still struggling a bit. My notion database don’t update the new ones : i’ve put a filter saying if the campain id doesn’t exist - create the line. I don’t understant why it’s not working.
Last but not least - is there any “more intelligent” way to seach only for the new lines ? or update only the lines with changes ?

Hi Martin,
The Notion Search Objects module should search the Campaign ID, isn’t that the case? And then if nothing is found, the scenario should continue.

As for a “more intelligent” way, I am not sure - I would need to allocate time to analyze the overall scenario and what you’re doing
