My team and I are looking to hire more no code and low code developers. We have not gone through a full interview process yet. I am wondering what types of questions do you usually ask on an interview like this any examples of logic or challenging MAKE problems you would tend to ask. This role would consist of maintaining, creating and optimizing scenarios. Any insights here would be great thanks all!!

We have an automation for that in our organisation, which analyses the CVs of candidates and selects the best candidate from the applicants. Then, it uses VAPI to set up a 1:1 interview call to assess their aptitude and problem-solving skills. This is a major game-changer for no-code and low-code developers.
