Hi Taylor, welcome to the Make community :waving_hand:

I went through the role details and have completed the application form.

Really like the direction here — especially the focus on operational ownership, long-term automation systems, and using AI as part of business infrastructure rather than standalone tools.

A couple quick questions:

• are your biggest automation priorities currently internal operations, marketplace workflows, or AI-assisted features for members?

• and with the existing stack, are you mainly optimizing and expanding current systems or rebuilding parts of the architecture as Fractional Jobs grows?

Looking forward to connecting.

Best,

Folafoluwa Stephen
