No signature in Outlook

Hi, I have my signature setup on mobile app + on PC, but when I send email through make.com signature is not visible.
How can I fix it?

The easiest way would be to use the Email - Send an Email module, convert your email signature to HTML and insert the HTML at the end of your ‘Content’ field

It works, thank you.
Is it some options to make it remember that this is my signature so anytime when I send email through make.com it adds my signature at the end automaticaly?

No, this is a manual method. You’ll have to update your signature in this module separately from the signature in your email client.

The main thing to note is that when using Make.com (or other automation tools), the email signature that’s set up in your Outlook client (whether on mobile or PC) doesn’t automatically get pulled in. That’s because Make is essentially acting as the sender, not your Outlook app.

To fix this, you’ll need to add the signature content within your Make.com scenario manually. This usually means inserting your HTML signature directly into the email body field within the module. You could also store the signature in a separate text module or data store to reuse it easily across multiple scenarios.

If you’re managing multiple users or signatures, looking into a centralised Office 365 signatures management tool might help streamline this process and keep things consistent.
