It’s quite frustrating to search this community for help and find nothing… hundreds of posts closed due to inactivity, and no moderators respond or offer any guidance…
Perhaps the customer questions are too basic for them.
Every day I become more disappointed that I purchased this membership.
I know there are several of us in this situation.
