I want to create a scenario that can forward Outlook mail PDF or PNG attachments to Telegram group using Telegram bot that will trigger on a daily basis.
I have done some scenarios like this before but only with text content on Make. I’m still struggling on sending attachment files so I would appreciate if anyone can guide me to do this. Thanks!

are you using the Microsoft 365 EMail module or do you want to send multiple attachment files to telegram?
I am not familiar with the MS Module but i have sent attachments with the email module (see below). I have several attachments in a received email, i convert the email to pdf and save it and the files in onedrive and sent them with email to another address.
The Iterator is getting the files from OneDrive and stores them in 40.Array.
