Can you please describe your overall workflow, then you may receive some suggestions for getting started.

For example, do you want to iterate through all or some of your contacts then add those into Followup Boss? You could probably just export a CSV from Google then import into FUB.

You would also need to think about how to make sure you don’t try to import the same contacts repeatedly.
