Pass Value from Collection to Text Field

I have a scenario set up to track calls from AirCall and then pass values to a Zoho Desk ticket. However, I’m struggling to grab a value from a collection in AirCall (see image) and then post it into a field in Zoho (via the Update Object module) which is a text field.

I’ve tried a number of solutions posted by others here but can’t seem to get it to work. The best I’ve been able to post to the field (without an error in Make) is “[Collection]”.

Any suggestions out there (please)?

can you give some more infos? So both are make modules right?
And just referencing them is not working? Can you set a variable and read it again?

Thank you for replying. Everything is within Make. I’ve attached a screenshot below of what I’m trying to convey, but I’m open to suggestions.
