It’s not necessarily a Teams Admin task - depending on how your organization has implemented app permissions, it may by an Azure Active Directory Admin Center task.
This article relates to the same issues with a different solution called Priority Matrix but the topics are relevant to Make. I’d recommend sending this to your IT Team.
My guess is that your IT administrator has configures Azure AD to disallow apps by default. Probably the best routes are options B or C in the Azure AD section of that document.
