Pipedrive and Activcampaign problem adding tag - updating a contact

Hi,
I encounter an error message when configuring a scenario.

I want to add a tag to my prospects in Pipedrive by updating the contact card but I get the error message that the phone ID is not correct. Can you help me please? THANKS

Hello @Cindy_KAWAK

You are trying to map the FirstName of the person with an ID; that’s why it fails. What you need to do is to first search that person in Pipedrive (for example using “Pipedrive/Search Person” with the email you get from ActiveCampaign, and once he’s found, map the ID from “Search Person” to the “Person ID” of “Update a Person”.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. When I configure, I am asked Term must not be empty. What should I wear? is the configuration correct?
Then to update the contact, did I do it correctly? I just added person ID and my webinar tag. Thank you for your feedback

The last mapping seems ok :blush:
For the Term field of Search Persons, I never used it, so I’m not 100% sure, but from what I understand, it’s a free-text search. Try to map the “email” field from ActiveCampaign. Emails are often unique.
