The trigger is all incoming messages (from Green API that is connected to our number) - and the automation is to send the recipient a message back right away - though i want the message to send only to people who haven’t sent us a message in over 24 hours - how do I create this filter please?

Please use the below formula to solve your issue. Ensure the date mapped in formula is of date datatype.
Date Difference in Hours
{{round((now - parseDate(12.date_created)) / (1000 * 60 * 60))}}
