Populating skus from different printify listings to one etsy listing

I have a Print On Demand Etsy store and use Printify as the print provider. In Printify, I create listings for several items, then go to Etsy and create one listing. Once that is made, I must copy and paste all the SKUs from the different Printify listings into one Etsy listing. This is a tedious and lengthy process. I want to create a script or an app that will connect to both so I can open up the Etsy listing in some app and click on the printing SKUs I need from different listings so they auto-populate on my Etsy listing.
