Hello everyone,
I am quite new to make and have set up my first scenario which is scheduling test calls to a specific phone number to verify whether the telephone line is working or not (old telephone system which breaks down occasionally). In case the call is not successful, a post is sent to a Microsoft channel. So far, everything is working fine, however as the post is being sent via my personal connection between make and microsoft, I am not getting any notification from teams that a new post has been sent.
Would appreciate any hint on how to solve this.
Regards, Aline
Welcome to the Make community!
You should logout of Teams, and then create a new Teams connection using your business account instead.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Investing some effort into the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make.
Dear Sam,
Thanks for your swift reply! I was probably a bit unclear in the description of my account. I already have the connection with my business account, I meant my personalized account under my name. As my business account is the one posting the message, there is no notification in my business account that a new message has been posted. It is rather an issue of teams than make, but I hoped that someone faced the same issue in a similar constellation and has a hint on how to solve this.
Warm regards, Aline
