hello, I use the prestashop apps and I only want to update the stocks, the problem is that in my prestashop backoffice database the product disappears, after the make prestashop action, there is no topic or tutorial on this subject. I have seen similar problems for various actions in this forum but never resolved except by the technical service. Do you have any answers on this subject please? Thank you for your help

Welcome to the community.
What PHP version do you use with the Prestashop? If you use 7.2 it could be the reason for the issue. Could you roll back to PHP 7.1 or 7.0?

I am in version 7.4 of php, I came back to version 7.0 and 7.1 as I read on the advice of make, but the problem is still the same, I contacted the prestashop services but of course when it becomes complicated there is no one left
