Problems with the connection between LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and Outlook

Hello everyone,
I would like to send the entered data from a specific Lead Gen Form on LinkedIn by e-mail (Outlook) to a specific e-mail address.

For this purpose, I have connected the modules “LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms” and “Microsoft 365 Email”.

I have set “Watch Form Responses” as the trigger. There are two variants here (one ACID only, the other ACID and INSTANT). I have tried both.

My problem is that I cannot find the fields from the Lead Gen form in the Outlook module (e.g. name, company, email address). I would like to insert these as variables in the email. What could be the reason for this? What am I doing wrong?

Hello @ede17 nice to meet you.

It doesn’t work like that, the fields you have in the form don’t appear in the Outlook module because they are dynamic and can change all the time.

To integrate the data coming from the Form into the email you need to compose a template in Body Content field in the form of a Text or HTML exactly as if you were writing that email but instead of “Name”, “Email” “Address” etc. you need to map the values coming from the Watch mode.
