What is your goal?

I want the data bundle from the original spreadsheet to be filtered upto the new customer route. I am working with a E commerce workflow

Can you share the settings of your filter, too?

I assume the bundle reaches the second router, but we need to see what the bundle looks like and how your filter is set up.

I was about to ask the same thing

It looks like the filter fallback was triggered. Could be that the problem lies in the “New customer” filter.

I have changed things a little bit the new customer branch but I’m not concerned with that. first shot shows the label, then the filt

Hi @learn2,

Thanks! After router [36], you have two routes. Each have the possibility of a filter. But in the screenshots, both filters show without any conditions so at this point nothing is filtered. That is the reason why all bundles follow all routes.
