Question: Unable to Authorize Calendly Connection in Make – “Upgrade Your Account” Error on Standard Plan

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to connect my Calendly (Standard Plan, £10/month) to Make using the Calendly module. But when I try to create the connection, I get an error saying that I need to upgrade my Calendly account to use this feature — even though I’m already on the Standard Plan, which should support API access.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

  • Confirmed I’m logged into the right Calendly account (Standard Plan)
  • Tried creating a Personal Access Token and connecting via that
  • Still getting an error in Make that says I need to upgrade my account
  • Checked Calendly’s documentation and it says the Standard Plan supports API and integrations

Is there something I’m missing? Has anyone on the Standard Plan been able to connect Calendly to Make successfully?

Any help would be really appreciated!

Welcome to the Make community!

I do not have a Calendly subscription and can still create a connection in the “List Events” module.

Could you provide more information as to how you’re performing the connection steps?
