Recover the date of exchanges on an IA VoiceFlow bot on Google Sheets using Make and webhooks

Hello everyone,

I’ve created a WhatsApp Bot IA on Voiceflow that runs on a GPT Assistant I created in the Playground (not a GPT Agent a real GPT Assistant).

I’d like the exchanges with this assistant to be transcribed in a Google Sheets.

To do this, I’ve tried to create a webhook linked to my Google Sheets. I think I need to configure a POST at a point in my VoiceFlow workflow which then activates the webhook to take the data from the conversation to be transcribed into Google Sheets.

I don’t know if my reasoning is correct.

That’s why I’m calling on the community to give me a hand.

2. Scenario blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

3. And most importantly, Output bundles

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module, save the bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.json file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.

Providing the output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.
