Regarding the issue of Chinese users being unable to register for Make accounts

Hello Make Official Team,
My name is Rico, and my partners and I are currently promoting Make.com in China. We’ve seen some success, having introduced Make to thousands of Chinese users. However, we are currently facing a very difficult problem: when Chinese users register for a Make account, the reCAPTCHA verification program does not appear. This is due to China’s internet environment. The inability to register means they cannot use Make, which causes great inconvenience for Chinese users. Does Make value the large Chinese market? And are you considering resolving this issue? Looking forward to your reply!

Hey there @Rico

Thank you for bringing this up in the community! :folded_hands:

Our team has investigated this situation further and confirmed that the error is coming directly from Google reCAPTCHA API. This issue can be caused by national firewalls that commonly block or slow down Google services such as reCAPTCHA.

Since the error isn’t caused by Make, there’s nothing we can change on our end to resolve it.

Thank you for understanding!
