Since I don’t use very much data I was wondering if there’s a way to remove the data usage from the chart on my dashboard.

Welcome to the Make community. I am afraid that the chart is hardcoded; you cannot hide or select what you want to see.

That’s a great idea! I’m sure others would agree that customising the dashboard is a nice feature to have.
You can submit this suggestion to the Idea exchange, under Platform ideas and improvements
Don’t forget to search for it first, just in case someone already suggested it, so that you don’t end up creating a duplicate.
In the meantime, you could write custom CSS to hide elements, by using the extension Stylus, or you could use an ad-blocker like uBlock Origin that allows you to click on elements you want to hide.
