Screenshots: scenario setup, module configuration, errorswhat do your filters look like?, also if the router is never suppose to do them both you are able to also treat the google sheet as a ‘fallback’ so whatever doesn’t send an email, it will automatically send it to the google sheets.

I suppose that you want to send an email if the rating is 4-5 and add it to a sheet if the rating is 1-3. Am I right?
So it looks like your filters are misconfigured.
You must set them to allow each bundle to pass through only one route. Think of them as water valves - if both of them are open at the same time, water will flow from two pipes.
