I’m looking for some assistance on how to automatically execute a scenario immediately after receiving a specific email in Gmail, preferably one that has been labeled. I’m not interested in a solution that checks the email every few minutes; I’m aiming for an immediate trigger. I’m considering the possibility of using Gmail filters to forward the email if that facilitates the process, as directly handling the Gmail Push API seems overly complex for my needs.
Is there a way to use a webhook or any other real-time integration to achieve this instant execution? Has anyone here successfully set up something similar or can guide me through the process? Any advice on tools or scripts that would help me achieve this immediate response would be greatly appreciated. If forwarding the email simplifies the integration, I’m open to that route as well.
