I’ve been running my scenario under schedule for more than 1 month with salesforce, but suddenly today it is not running and I see no error.
Does anyone face this issue before? Appreciate the help!

I’ve been having a similar error since today. My scenario used to run every 3 minutes, but since today it only runs every 20 minutes, and I don’t know why. I haven’t changed anything in the scenario. I’m not getting any error messages. If there’s a solution or cause, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could share it with us.

I was running it for Malaysia. For the past few weeks, it was running fine. Just today I experienced this issue.

Some scenarios on EU2 are experiencing issues with triggering. We escalated the issue to our development team, who are looking into it. We will keep you posted as soon as we get any updates. We recommend submitting a ticket so our Customer Care team can take a closer look.
