Scenario not starting to execute

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Hello guys, recently I am experiencing issues with my scenario, it cannot even start to execute it seems. Do you know what could be the reason?

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

restarting the scenarion manually, module by module, …

:clipboard: Error messages or input/output bundles

10:44
The scenario was successfully loaded.
10:44
Preparing scenario for running.
10:44
Requesting execution.

:camera_with_flash: Screenshots (scenario flow, module settings, errors)

Based on your screenshot, if you do not see “Execution started” in the log, it is likely an account or platform issue on Make’s side, not a problem with the Watch Emails trigger itself.

If you do see “Execution started” but the trigger returns zero bundles, then it is probably a Watch Emails configuration or email matching issue.

The best option is to contact Make support about this. Send them the screenshots as well.

Thanks for your reply Karmic, I wanted to contact Make support but with a Free account it seems impossible, or am I wrong?

Hey Pierre,

can you show your module setup? You are trying to run the entire scenario right?

I tried both, to run entire scenario or each module separatly, both same effect with the log stopped at “Requesting execution”.

Could you please remove the Text Aggregator and try running the Watch Email instead? If that works, the issue may be related to the high content volume and time limits. First, let’s determine whether the problem is with the Watch module or the aggregation.

Thanks for the message.

Update: I just retried today without changing anything and it worked … magical, let’s see if it keeps working in the coming days. I have no idea what was the problem then.

Thanks @It_Flame for you message as well.
